This page is a placeholder. The Terms of Service are being drafted and reviewed ahead of launch (ADR-0014 §5, tracked in issue #110).

Governing law will be Japan. The published terms will cover the metered-billing relationship, acceptable use, and an availability disclaimer, grounded in what the platform verifiably does.
